Welcome to Adrewards Pro: Watch And Earn! By accessing our website, using our app, or registering an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. User Eligibility

To use this platform, you must verify that:

You are at least 13 years of age (or older, depending on your local jurisdiction).
You are accessing the service from a supported country.
You will create only ONE account per person/device.

2. Account Usage & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that are inactive for more than 90 days.

Prohibited Activities (Ban Policy)

To ensure fair play and protect our advertisers, the following actions will lead to an immediate and permanent ban without payment:

Using VPN, Proxy, or VPS to fake your location or IP address.
Using automated bots, scripts, or auto-clickers to watch ads or complete offers.
Creating multiple accounts on the same device or WiFi network to abuse the referral system.
Using ad-blockers while using the app.
Completing offers with fake information.

3. Earning Rewards & Payments

Currency: We grant rewards in the form of virtual "Coins" or "Points". These have no monetary value until they are withdrawn through our approved payment methods.

Withdrawals: Payout requests only UPI are typically processed within 24-72 hours. However, in some cases (e.g., security checks), it may take up to 7 business days.

Right to Withhold: We reserve the right to withhold payment if we detect suspicious activity or if the advertiser (Offerwall) refuses to pay us for your leads due to low quality.

4. Third-Party Services

Our Service contains links to third-party web sites or services (Offerwalls like Tapjoy, ironSource, etc.) that are not owned or controlled by Adrewards Pro.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites. If you complete an offer but do not receive points, you must contact the Offerwall support directly, as we do not have authority over their tracking systems.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Adrewards Pro, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
